App connects government departments

The new platform links a total of 65 federal and provincial government departments to handle citizen requests. Officials stated that relevant institutions collaborated to build this communication channel between the public and authorities.

Citizens submit complaints easily

Residents can now register complaints and request information directly from their mobile phones without leaving home. The system allows users to track the progress made in resolving their specific issues after submission.

Goal is public service

The governor explained that the initiative aims to resolve problems promptly rather than undermine any existing structures. This tool ensures government performance remains accountable to citizens who previously faced difficulties addressing legitimate matters.
