Safdar questions bodily autonomy slogan

Retired Captain Muhammad Safdar criticized the phrase my body my choice during a gathering in Chiniot. He asked why women seeking prayers for cancer do not claim they can cure themselves if their bodies are theirs. Safdar stated that the human body remains under God's control regardless of such slogans.

Maryam Nawaz expresses regret

The chief minister posted on social media describing the situation as heartbreaking on Friday. She highlighted the silent battles women fight behind closed doors when facing illness. Her mother Kulsoom Nawaz passed away in 2018 after a long battle with cancer.
