Treatment arms compared for response rates

The study combined standard chemotherapy with durvalumab and added either oleclumab, monalizumab, or datopotamab deruxtecan. Pathological complete response rates reached 20.3 percent for the oleclumab group, 25.7 percent for monalizumab, and 35.2 percent for the datopotamab deruxtecan arm.

Event-free survival outcomes across groups

Event-free survival rates at twenty-four months were 70.5 percent, 75.7 percent, and 77.9 percent respectively for the three treatment arms. Clearing circulating tumour DNA correlated with longer event-free survival compared to patients who did not clear their ctDNA.

ctDNA clearance linked to better outcomes

Patients showing both ctDNA clearance and pathological complete response experienced the most favourable event-free survival results. The datopotamab deruxtecan combination produced the highest rates of ctDNA clearance among all tested groups.
