At the same time, Taylor Farms voluntarily pulled all iceberg lettuce products sourced from central Mexico from the market.

The list of affected goods extends beyond lettuce to include jalapeños, salsa, guacamole, and frozen berries. Health officials also noted recalls involving eggs produced in Texas by Midwest Poultry Services. These actions address potential contamination with foodborne pathogens and parasites that could affect consumers nationwide.
