Men invited to wear vest feeling menopausal hot flushes at Hull event
Partners of women experiencing menopause will be invited to wear a special vest simulating symptoms at an upcoming support event in Hull on 17 October.

The Menopaus'ull Support Network is hosting the gathering at Princes Quay shopping centre. The session runs from 10:30 until 14:30 BST next month. Health group Over The Bloody Moon will provide the MenoVest for attendees.
Purpose of the vest
Sarah Weichardt co-manages the project and hopes men understand the full experience. She noted that symptoms include panic, anxiety, and discomfort beyond just heat. The group displays a banner listing nearly 40 different menopausal symptoms.
