Islamia University Bahawalpur hosts Pink Day for breast cancer awareness
The University College of Art and Design at Islamia University of Bahawalpur organized a Pink Day event on Saturday to raise breast cancer awareness.
Event activities and speakers
Guest speaker Dr Maleeha Ejaz conducted an awareness session for attendees. Students displayed creative works in an art exhibition during the day. A mime performance also highlighted the importance of breast cancer awareness.
University leadership attendance
Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Kamran inaugurated the event officially. Pro Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Rubina Bhatti attended as a guest of honour. Other faculty deans were present to support the initiative.
