Federal Health Minister orders probe into Sindh MDCAT irregularities
Federal Health Minister Mustafa Kamal has ordered an investigation into alleged Medical and Dental College Admission Test irregularities in Sindh.
Ministry directs detailed review of results
The Ministry of National Health Services wrote to the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council president regarding the complaints. Officials asked the council to analyze candidate numbers, scores, and pass rates on a center-by-center basis. The ministry also requested an examination of attendance sheets, seating plans, and result data.
Investigation covers security and procedures
Authorities must investigate invigilation arrangements and digital records to check for impersonation or paper leaks. The review will look for technical faults or administrative negligence during the exam and compilation of results. Health Ministry officials set a deadline for the council to submit its report within 15 days.
