Ynon Kreiz receives $31.5 million signing bonus in new Paramount-Warner Bros deal

Paramount Skydance disclosed the terms of Ynon Kreiz's five-year co-CEO contract with the combined Paramount and Warner Bros company on Thursday.

Compensation package details

The agreement includes a $5 million salary once the merger closes. Kreiz will also receive an annual target bonus of $4.9 million. His signing bonus consists of $31.5 million in restricted stock units.

Equity and incentives

He is set to get annual RSUs valued at $20.1 million. An additional $5.1 million in RSUs comes from a long-term incentive plan. His actual pay will vary based on stock price and performance conditions.

Start date and history

Kreiz will begin his role on Monday, Oct 5. The Warner Bros Discovery deal is expected to close the next day. He previously worked at Mattel where his last compensation was about $15 million.
