Medical evidence presented in court

Lawyers for the applicant submitted medical reports stating that publication would almost certainly lead to suicide attempts. The individual claims the prospect of these stories being published has already resulted in two such attempts. He denies all allegations made against his conduct over several years.

Media companies investigate long history

ITN and Guardian News & Media conducted an investigation into the man's behaviour spanning multiple years. Both organisations sent letters to the individual in the spring of 2026 regarding their findings. Representatives for the media firms argue that restraining publication is incorrect under current laws.
