New North American home announced

The combined entity will launch as the Insight to Impact Festival in Denver next October. This inaugural event marks the start of a rotation that moves to Nashville in 2027. The new platform integrates VidCon programming into LIONS existing marketing and research events.

Global expansion strategy confirmed

VidCon x Lions Creators will maintain a presence at the Cannes Lions festival each summer. Parent company Informa aims to use this merger to expand its global brand reach. The change follows Informa buying VidCon from Paramount in September 2024.

Leadership comments on growth

Simon Cook, CEO of Lions, stated that creators are central to how culture is created today. He described the introduction of VidCon as an exciting next step for their industry platform. The move allows brands and agencies to build relationships within a dedicated global space.
