Verve Talent Agency Signs Ten-Year Lease For Hollywood Headquarters
Verve talent agency partners Adam Levine and Bryan Besser signed a ten-year lease for their worldwide headquarters in the Hollywood Media District.
New Location Details
The new office sits directly across from Sunset Las Palmas Studios. It shares the area with major firms like Netflix, All3Media, Formosa Group, Paramount, SiriusXM and Roc Nation. Global design collective RIOS created the building to match the agency independent culture.
Ground Floor Theater
A theater on the first floor will host screenings and press events. Executives and filmmakers can use this space for conversations with industry professionals. The venue also supports other programming for the local community.
Leadership Statement
Co-founders Adam Levine and Bryan Besser called the move a deep commitment to the district. They stated that making their long-term home here reflects who they are as advocates for creative talent. This investment launches the next decade with a focus on client-first representation.
