Thai horror film Rinrada scores Asia and Middle East deals
Thai horror film Rinrada: The Influencer has closed distribution deals across Asia and the Middle East around its North American premiere at Screamfest.
Distribution partners secure regional rights
Autumn Sun Films is handling world sales for the movie. Macau receives the first theatrical opening on Halloween, followed by releases in Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei later this year. Empire Entertainment acquired rights for Pakistan and the GCC region while Moviecloud picked up Taiwan.
Release dates vary by country
Indonesia, the Philippines and Myanmar have not yet set specific screening dates. PT Cahaya Sinema Nusantara holds the distribution rights for Indonesia. The film stars Yoshi Rinrada in her first leading horror role.
