Company founders and background

Michael Burke, Rachel Williams, Justin Younesi, and Michael Younesi lead the group. The team has experience in marketing and social media content creation. They are launching the business on a specific lot within the Burbank Media District.

Property location and size

The site occupies 30,000 square feet at 625-633 Glenwood Ave. This address sits in an area known as Audio Alley for its many pro audio facilities. The property includes three soundstages designed by NG+P Architects.

Market context and strategy

Vacancy rates are currently rising around Los Angeles County while operators trim their footprints. The founders compare this uncertainty to traditional ad agencies pulling back in the early 2010s. They aim to build a cinematic content studio similar to Concrete which works with major clients.
