Sia sells half music catalog to Swedish firm Pophouse for $180 million
Australian singer Sia sold a 50 percent stake in her publishing and master rights to Sweden-based investment firm Pophouse for $180 million.

Deal structure and payment terms
The total transaction value includes $165 million for songs written before Sia married Dan Bernad. The remaining $15 million covers works created during the marriage and is currently held in escrow. This portion will be released once the couple agrees on final divorce terms.
Future creative development plans
Pophouse will continue to manage Sia's existing body of work while supporting new ventures. The Swedish firm aims to develop fresh creative projects surrounding her discography. This partnership expands Pophouse's portfolio with half of the superstar's catalog.
Catalog highlights and history
The acquisition covers iconic tracks such as Chandelier, Titanium, and Cheap Thrills. Sia originally gained fame with her 2004 song Breathe from the HBO series Six Feet Under. She has received nine Grammy nominations throughout her career.
