Sally Rooney pulls books from UK shelves over Palestine Action support
Author Sally Rooney confirmed her books are no longer sold in the United Kingdom following a ban on the protest group she supports.

Publisher withdraws stock immediately
Faber stated it can no longer supply her works in any format. The publisher explained that selling the books without passing earnings to Rooney creates an unconscionable situation. Faber made this decision with full agreement from the author.
Royalties would fund protest group
Rooney said proceeds from her novels and TV fees will continue to support Palestine Action. She wrote a column last August stating she accepts being labeled a supporter of terror under UK law. The British government outlawed the group after activists broke into an RAF base in June.
