Scottish actor Ruaridh Mollica will join the Marvel Cinematic Universe to play Tommy Shepherd in an upcoming series.
Early hints appeared at London stage door
Mollica wore a VisionQuest hat while working on his West End debut in Clarkston last year. His co-star Joe Locke was also present wearing an Agatha All Along cap before news of the casting leaked weeks later.
Actor plays older twin brother character
The 26-year-old performer will portray Tommy Shepherd, who is also known by the superhero name Speed. This role makes him the older twin brother of Billy Kaplan in the storyline.
New series follows WandaVision spin-off
Variety reports that Mollica made his debut in the indie film Sebastian before gaining wider attention. The new Marvel project is set to air after the Agatha All Along television show.
