Peacock greenlights Fast and Furious TV series for 2028 premiere

Peacock has officially ordered a scripted Fast & Furious television series targeting a 2028 debut.

Production team confirmed

Vin Diesel serves as an executive producer alongside Sam Vincent, Neal H. Moritz, Pavun Shetty, Jeff Kirschenbaum, and Chris Morgan. Mike Daniels and Wolfe Coleman will act as co-showrunners and pilot writers for the project. Universal Television is producing the series as a division of Universal Studio Group.

Premiere date set

The streamer plans to launch the show by 2028 to coincide with the theatrical release of Fast Forever. That film installment is scheduled for theaters on March 17, 2028. Details regarding the series title remain under wraps at this time.
