Netflix releases trailer for Pride and Prejudice reboot starring Emma Corrin
Netflix released a trailer Wednesday for its upcoming six-part adaptation of Jane Austen's novel featuring Emma Corrin as Elizabeth Bennet.
Cast joins the production team
Jack Lowden plays Mr. Darcy in this limited series directed by Euros Lyn. The script comes from Everything I Know About Love author Dolly Alderton, who also serves as an executive producer. Supporting actors include Olivia Colman as Mrs. Bennet and Rufus Sewell as Mr. Bennet.
Full ensemble list expands
The cast features Freya Mavor, Hopey Parish, Hollie Avery, Rhea Norwood, and Siena Kelly among others. Additional members include Jamie Demetriou, Daryl McCormack, Louis Partridge, Fiona Shaw, and Anjana Vasan. Several actors such as James Dryden and Justin Edwards are joining the project for their television debuts.
