Netflix mystery series The Watcher begins season two production in New York this fall
Netflix has announced that production on the second season of The Watcher will begin this fall in New York with original stars Naomi Watts and Bobby Cannavale returning.

Cast returns after four year wait
Season one stars Margo Martindale and Isabel Gravitt are also set to reprise their roles. The series was originally conceived as a limited project before being renewed for more episodes in November 2022. Viewers waited roughly four years since the first season aired in October of that year.

Ian Brennan serves as showrunner while Ryan Murphy acts as an executive producer alongside Crystle Roberson Dorsey. The writing team includes Henry Joost, Ariel Schulman, Eric Newman, and Bryan Unkeless among other producers. This marks the continuation of a show that spent five weeks on the global top ten chart.
