Weller portrayed a Pi House sorority sister and the love interest of John Belushi's character in the 1978 comedy. She also appeared in The Bell Jar adaptation, Forced Vengeance, and several television series including Baretta and Kojak. Her last onscreen credit was a 1983 episode of Quincy, M.E.

Her longtime partner Michael Roy Curtis announced her passing following a short sickness. Weller was born in New York City and raised in Westwood, Calif., with Danny Kaye serving as her godfather.
