New dining model for nightlife

The owners describe the venue as a restaurant with a specific vibe that differs from standard clubs or normal eateries. Music levels will be lower than in traditional nightclubs while offering an experience above a typical dining room. This approach fits into a growing category of establishments that blend social dining with entertainment elements.

Focus on Japanese cuisine history

Terzian noted that high-quality Japanese restaurants were common in Los Angeles two decades ago when the founders worked as promoters. He clarified that excellent sushi options still exist in the city today despite the shift in venue styles. The new space aims to revive a specific type of Japanese dining experience that has largely disappeared from the local scene.
