Security footage shows Clarkson spending approximately five minutes in the store. She was seen playing with a kaleidoscope near the entrance and briefly speaking with the owner about an automaton bird on the wall. The owner attempted to direct her attention to another product, but she did not respond and walked away.
Interaction at the cash register
Clarkson appears to have strong feelings toward a second man working the cash register as she leaves. She posted on social media fifteen minutes after exiting that she drove to Brooklyn expecting to buy items but was treated poorly. Her post stated she felt looked down upon and told someone could find comparable items elsewhere.
