Halle Berry and Regina King join jury for Tribeca Chanel program
Halle Berry, Regina King and Meg Ryan will serve on the jury for the 2026 Through Her Lens Women's Filmmaker Program in New York City from September 22 to 24.

Jury members confirmed for event
Autumn Durald Arkapaw and Ella Rubin also join the panel of judges. The three-day event takes place in New York City this September. Participants will present their projects to the group before receiving funding decisions.
Funding opportunities for teams
One selected team receives full financing to make a short film with Tribeca Studios support. Four other groups get development grants instead of full production money. The initiative helps women and non-binary filmmakers develop scripts and pitch ideas.
Mentors lead creative sessions
Celine Song acts as a mentor alongside Gina Prince-Bythewood and other industry leaders. Sessions cover directing, music composition and costume design for the applicants. The program has operated since 2015 to support emerging talent in the United States.
