David Ellison Names New Leaders for Merged Paramount-Warner Bros Company
David Ellison announced the senior executive team for the newly formed Skydance Corp on Monday ahead of the merger closing Tuesday.

Top Executives Lead Combined Firm
Ellison will serve as chairman and CEO while Ynon Kreiz joins as co-CEO starting Monday. The film division will be headed by Dana Goldberg and Josh Greenstein who previously co-led Paramount Pictures. Casey Bloys is set to run the streaming business which includes oversight of Paramount Plus and Pluto.
Television And Streaming Roles Filled
George Cheeks will act as co-chair and chief content officer for Skydance TV. JB Perrette holds the same roles for both the television and direct-to-consumer streaming divisions. Mark Thompson will continue to run CNN as CEO while Bari Weiss keeps running CBS News.
