The merged company combines two major studios with TV networks including CBS, CNN, MTV, and TBS. Annual revenue for the new Skydance is nearly $70 billion while net debt stands at $80 billion.

Streaming Services and Content

Paramount Plus and HBO Max now operate under the same corporate roof. The portfolio includes intellectual property such as DC, Harry Potter, Star Trek, and Mission Impossible.
